Title: Account Processor
Location: Owensboro, KT 42301
Duration: $24hr
Compensation: (INSERT Salary Range or Salary plus bonus or Competitive Hourly or Base plus Commission)
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
  • 100% onsite, must work 8-5pm CST
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and process income checks and packages specifically for Assumptions and Subordination
  • Prepare and mail out packages related to Assumptions and Subordinations
  • Assist in a phone queue to answer questions from customers regarding Assumptions and Subordinations
  • Interact with customers, internal and external clients via phone and email
  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with peers and on-site management
Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Must be able to work in the office full-time
  • Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) or DOCV/MIR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
