PHL Application Developer

Overview:

Our IT, Product Development Team is hiring and this time, we are hiring in the Philippines We are looking for an Sr Application Developer who will work closely with other development team members and essential vendors in creating new applications aimed at improving and expanding Carenet Heatlhcare's strategic enterprise systems.

Work Schedule: 8pm -5am PH time

Work Setup: Hybrid/Remote ( 90% remote, 10% on-site for occasional visits to our Makati office, must be based in Luzon)

Eligibility: Must be a Filipino citizen

Some of what you will be doing:

• Design and develop Windows and web-based software applications
  • Utilize industry best practices such as Object-Oriented (OO) design principles
  • Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) for robustness
  • Incorporate design patterns for scalability and maintainability
  • Address security concerns throughout the development process
  • Optimize performance for efficiency
• Adhere to standardized Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
  • Utilize source control for version management
  • Engage in release planning to ensure timely delivery
  • Implement releases according to established procedures
• Participate in requirement/implementation meetings
  • Engage with clients, both internal and external, to grasp business requirements
  • Collaborate in requirement gathering sessions to ensure clarity and alignment
• Participate in design/planning sessions
  • Contribute to the design process by offering insights and suggestions
  • Collaborate with the team to plan project execution and milestones
• Write business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

We want you to be successful, so these are some of the qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from a four-year college or university with at least seven years of solid experience developing applications using .Net technology. (with experience with latest .Net versions)
• Understanding of Agile development process
• Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, Angular, React, OOP, SQL,MySQL

MVC, Test-Driven Development (TDD), GIT, Azure DevOps, API Development, Docker, Cloud Technologies, Entity Framework, Microsoft Office software

• Broad knowledge of various technology platforms, tools, and languages, including AJAX, ORM, XP Programming, System Administration, Telecommunications, Web Services, and Continuous Integration.
