Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Janitorial Supervisor located in State College, PA. The Janitorial Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning activities, managing a team of janitorial staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining inventory and supplies. You will also be tasked with cleaning your own scheduled accounts. Schedule is Monday - Friday, on call over the weekends, with a guaranteed one weekend off per month. You'll work between 40 to 50 hours a week.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team, while handling multiple tasks
