Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager - Digital Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Senior Product Manager - Digital opportunity available. The job will be based in Dallas/Fort Worth or Miami. This Digital Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross?functional teams to determine and support the most effective strategies, including designing solutions to deliver business goals, providing a foundation for future enhancements, and contributing to our continued success. We are looking for a senior person who can contribute to a culture of data?informed decisions, empowerment and excellence, delivering strong business impact. You will promote a strong agile discipline and inspire teams to continuously improve delivery, evidenced through key agility metrics. This role will partner with Imperial Dades digital and technology teams to influence end?state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable technology solutions that deliver imperative customer and sales capabilities. Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Technology teams to contribute to the roadmap definition and the structure of a digital product portfolio. Identify, socialize, and deliver new innovative opportunities to bring personalization and our content to life across all digital customer/sales experiences. Create structured data?informed document requirements, including scoring on a prioritization framework, to facilitate roadmap management and definition while aligning efforts to ensure marketing, content and digital collaborators have a full view into the technology pipeline. Contribute to various aspects of our digital product strategy including planning, prioritization, requirements, experimentation, and driving execution to achieve growth critical metrics and optimize the end?to?end customer/sales experience. Analyze user behavior, identify pain points, and develop actionable strategies to improve engagement, satisfaction and conversion. Execute hypothesis?guided methodologies to grow Digital Product innovation, including emerging features that drive customer nurturing, engagement, and retention. Size and prioritize new technology opportunities, develop a case, path to growth, execution plans, and help drive adoption. Conduct competitive and best?in?class site reviews, industry best practices, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for Web and Mobile Apps. Drive execution through Agile processes, creating cycles of value and impact. Ensure development decisions stay aligned with business needs and resolve issues promptly. Ensure everything released to our customers is of the highest quality, and monitor performance and measure the impact of your product enhancements. Qualifications Strong understanding of B2B distribution industry. Proficiency in product management methodologies and frameworks. Recognized ability to handle complex product challenges. Ability to identify and lead initiatives that substantially increase the teams impact, influencing decisions and pursuing big ideas through compelling storytelling. Comfortable with Agile methodologies and design thinking. Entrepreneurial with a get?stuff?done approach. High?level commitment to quality work and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance. Familiarity with industry practices, experiences and trends. Strong analytical, problem?solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast?paced, dynamic environment.
