Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include: KPI Management: Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy and efficiency across Inventory functions and teams. Gamification Initiative: Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members. Process Improvement: Observe existing processes, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Inventory Control Automation: Explore, design, and implement automation solutions for inventory control to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Data Reporting: Generate regular data reports for review by leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions. Qualifications We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on Inventory Control and process improvement. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience with KPI management and performance tracking. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus. Familiarity with Acumatica ERP is a plus. Familiarity with DOMO is a plus.
