  • Primary Requirements:
  • 5+ years working on Microsoft SQL server
  • Hands on experience with SSIS, SSRS, Query Optimization & Code Review
  • Able to lead the team and interact with customer
  • Secondary Requirements:
  • 3+ years of SSRS report development experience required
  • Experience in Query optimization
  • Experience with some of the modern relational databases. Oracle, MySQL
  • Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
  • Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
  • Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
  • Through knowledge in SQL Programming includes SP, Triggers, Views and Table design
  • Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
  • Must have experience in using TFS
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environment
  • Good communication is required
  • Help customers succeed by solving their challenging technical problems, all the way from design through to production operations.
  • Assist with all phases of Couchbase implementations, starting with installation, architecture design and review, deployment topology planning, tuning and providing best practices
  • Be the technical expert for customers and stay up-to-date on the SQL/NoSQL competitive landscape
  • Assist with customer PoC/Pilots through effective management of acceptance criteria and issue escalation/resolution
  • Understanding of concurrent programming and on which thread a given piece of logic should run
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration and leadership skill
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
  • Manage risk and change with an agile approach
