This pivotal role will focus on developing and implementing innovative legal technology solutions that support strategic goals within the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Legal team to understand workflows, challenges, and technology needs. Utilize design thinking workshops to build and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs. Lead the selection and continuous improvement of legal technology platforms. Facilitate cross?functional collaboration between Legal, IT, and external vendors. Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization. Stay updated on legal technology trends and innovations in the industry. Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. Experience with legal technology platforms and supporting legal operations. Strong communication skills to effectively translate legal needs into technical solutions. Proficient in agile/scrum methodologies and product management tools. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus. Preferred Skills Familiarity with compliance and risk management processes. Experience in data visualization techniques and tools. Strong analytical skills to draw business?relevant conclusions from data. Detail?oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
