Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program. Ability to obtain/maintain New York State and Pennsylvania licenses. Dedication to Quality Patient Care Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations) Easy accessibility to Guthrie specialist Accredited Patient-Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards. Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Full benefits include medical, dental, and disability insurance. Malpractice insurance with tail. Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match. Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals. A $15,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment and hired full-time. Salary range - $115,000 to $155,000 Career Development Meeting time - 7 days with options for home study. $1,700 annually for conference registration certifications and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies. APP support and guidance provided by the Advanced Practice Provider Council.
