Prior auto loan underwriting experience is desired. Schedule and conduct interviews on all potential loan applicants timely. Review customer applications and credit, negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and dealers' advance. Communicate with customers and automobile dealers to obtain necessary information, consistent follow-up. Complete verifications for application processing. Assist with customer service, updating customer files & accounts. Frequently make telephone and email inquiries, create and maintain filing systems. Complete additional tasks as needed. What You'll Need: Excellent customer service skills - cheerful, helpful, etc. Good time management and strong attention to detail. Organized, ability to multitask and work independently. Resolve problems and address difficult situations for customers using all available resources. Ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office, and strong mathematical skills.
