```Duties```

* Develop and implement environmental health and safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions* Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures* Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, and training documentation* Provide training and education to employees on EHS topics, including hazard communication, emergency response procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives and best practices* Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes related to EHS

```Experience```

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field* Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety role* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EPA guidelines* Experience in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis* Proficient in report writing and record keeping* Familiarity with workers' compensation laws and processes* Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs* First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
