Senior VB.Net / C# Engineer

What does a successful Sr. VB.Net / C# Engineer do?

As a Sr. VB.Net / C# Engineer you will be responsible for software design and development using the WINS solution stack and the Agile\Scrum software development life cycle methodology. You will be expected have knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, application/product/service or process problems.

What You Will Do

Contribute across the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, and production support) with the primary focus on analysis, solution design, development, and implementations of the applications. Assist in project design, development, and deployment activities. Analyze, design, and debug applications as needed; troubleshoot and maintain existing code base and systems as needed. Discuss and explain data with others, internal or external to Fiserv, including clients.

What You Will Need To Have

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering or technical disciplines required. 8+ years’ experience in full stack software development using the WINS solution ((Windows Server, IIS, .Net, SQL Server).) 6+ years’ experience: VB.Net, C#, .NET Core, ASP.Net 4+ years' experience: JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, Electron) Experience in cross-platform application development (desktop, web, mobile) Experience designing and developing SDKs Windows Knowledge of Azure cloud development technologies and best practices

What Would Be Great To Have

Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, DevExpress Reporting, Crystal Reports, or other DB reporting tools. Prior experience working in the Banking or Financial Industry Scrum Master Certification

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
