Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling:

Create visually stunning content optimized for various social media platforms to effectively convey the brand's message and story. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all social media channels, ensuring consistency and brand recognition. Photography and Videography:

Produce high-quality photographs and videos that align with the brand's aesthetics and resonate with our target audience. Utilize advanced editing techniques to enhance visuals and maintain the highest standards of creativity and professionalism. Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphic design and video editing tools to create captivating visual content. Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, design innovations, and technological advancements to remain competitive in the digital landscape. Marketing Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs. Contribute to the development of social media assets and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives. Brand Consistency:

Uphold brand guidelines rigorously across all design outputs to maintain brand consistency and identity. Provide guidance on design elements to ensure brand recognition and enhance visual storytelling effectiveness. Conceptualization and Ideation:

Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for social media marketing campaigns and projects. Develop concepts that resonate with the company's vision and values, ensuring alignment with brand ethos. Project Management and Execution:

Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual content. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations. Communication Skills:

Clearly articulate design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding. Demonstrate proficiency in written communication, particularly in crafting compelling written content to accompany visual storytelling.
