Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding the customer base in the agricultural sector, especially row crops. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads. Leverage a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends to contribute to ongoing product improvement. Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals. Job requirements: Expand the agricultural sales experience to include a successful track record of hunting and acquiring new business. Demonstrate the ability to adapt sales strategies to address the complexities of cloud-based solutions for large-scale agricultural operations. Proven success in managing complex sales cycles, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closing. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions. Stay up-to-date on advancements in ag tech and integrate this knowledge into sales strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field, preferred.
