The Marketing Assistant will support a rapidly growing team responsible for executing comprehensive marketing plans and delivering unparalleled brand experience for a portfolio of best-in-class residential properties. This resourceful and passionate individual will wear a variety of hats and easily pivot as priorities change. The position reports to the Marketing Manager while working collaboratively with the entire team. This position will have office hours in San Francisco, but also be provided the opportunity to work remotely, in a hybrid schedule.Supports the marketing team in daily administrative tasksUpdates website content including imagery and copyCreates and updates marketing collateral using established brand guidelinesDrafts email communications to specific audiences using existing templatesSources and procures branded marketing materialsAudits online listings including social media, paid advertising and other channelsAssists in the set up and ongoing maintenance of marketing tools in the property management systemPulls data to assist the team in preparing monthly reporting packagesSaves and codes marketing expendituresCompletes special projects and performs other related duties and assignments as requiredCertificates/Security Clearances/OtherSkills and ExperienceOn the path towards (or recently received) a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fieldComputer skills including: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), internet, social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Business, etc.)Graphic design experience a plus (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directorsProactive, well-organized and deadline orientedAbility to work independentlyEffective problem-solving techniquesSentral BenefitsHealthcare Coverage: We are committed to providing comprehensive healthcare plans (medical, dental, vision, and other benefit options) to our team members and their families.Career Development: We offer extensive learning and development opportunities to support growth.Paid Time Off: Sentral fosters a flexible work lifestyle by offering generous paid time off to team members.Matching 401K: To help you reach your savings goals, we offer a 401(k) plan with a match.
