Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Director for an all-women owned and operated business. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing and engaging. The position is responsible for developing and implementing a unique marketing plan and tracking goals to promote and grow the business to current and new customers. An expense account will be provided and ability to earn bonuses avalilable Duties: - Develop a company-wide marketing plan that reflects the brand’s voice and identity - Create and distribute flyers/info about the business to potential customers - Attend industry and networking events as an ambassador of the business - Provide weekly and monthly reporting, tracking the success of a marketing campaign - Identify new demographics or regions for targeting marketing campaigns - Meet with current and potential customers to discuss their needs - Initiate, create, and maintain relationships that bring revenue into the business - Willingness to put together social events, classes, and opportunities to connect with customer base and provide them with needed support - Help address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise - Support and connect with staff daily so that they feel confident and supported Experience: - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent - Experience in both relationship marketing and digital marketing - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) - Strong ability to learn new technology skills - Strong initiative to drive towards results - Ability to create and manage content—including pictures, graphics, and video—for use on Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) - Knowledge and experience with using Canva - Knowledge and experience in using AI to support marketing efforts - PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Experience in real estate - PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Bilingual Skills: - Digital marketing expertise - Budgeting acumen - Performance marketing knowledge - Sales alignment capabilities - Print advertising experience - Market analysis skills - Social media marketing proficiency - Advertising acumen If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies, we invite you to apply for the Director of Marketing position.
