Maintains competencies in federal and state regulations related to pharmacy practice. Responsible for one long-term project involving all the retail pharmacies sharing information, updates, processes with all retail pharmacy partners. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains professionalism and conducts self as a role model, serving as a resource for the other retail pharmacy partners.
  • Staff primarily as a retail pharmacist but may be required to work in other functions of the retail pharmacy operations in support of the department.
  • Is an expert retail pharmacist who relies on skills of comprehensive knowledge and experience.
  • Takes ownership of one long-term retail pharmacy project assuring that the information, data is carried through to all the retail pharmacies.
  • Maintains practice by ongoing professional literature review, continuing education and self-evaluation.


Education and Experience:

Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification/Licensure:

Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program
Wisconsin license required
