They are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Superintendent to run projects at sites throughout South Florida.

Description

  • Oversee and manage all interior construction activities on assigned projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on interior build-outs.
  • Experience in self-storage construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
