Position Overview: Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for residential real estate? We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to lead our financial activities and ensure the financial health of our residential properties in Holliston, MA. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial processes, analyzing performance, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations for our residential properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and rent collection.
