We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources Department team who will share our Company values.

What You'll Be Contributing:
  • Supports and implements the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of the HRIS systems, as well as their integration with other HR systems where possible;
  • Develops and maintains procedures and workflows for key HR processes and system transactions;
  • Provides transactional support for HR processes to ensure critical deadlines are met;
  • Analyzes system issues and provides system and process recommendations. Implements solutions;
  • Partners with HR management team to create standard and ad hoc queries and/or reports;
  • Works closely with internal teams to optimize system capability, simplify processes, and support users;
  • Performs audits to ensure compliance and integrity of HR data;
  • Supports the payroll team with reconciliations for payroll, tax, and benefits;
  • Supports the Director of Payroll/Benefits/HRIS in understanding and analyzing organizational needs, while leading process and system improvement initiatives;
  • Provides direction and coaching to end users and prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
What Sets You Apart:
  • College degree in administration or related field is preferred;
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or management of an HRIS;
  • Experience with the UKG system is required;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data;
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Proven customer service skills;
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and provide quality results on schedule or even ahead of schedule;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced MS Office skills are a strong asset, specifically in Excel and knowledge of BI.
