We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Operations team, specializing in healthcare based implementations. This role involves leading multiple projects for complex mid to large healthcare industry clients. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing and approving Blockit's project charter, delineating roles, responsibilities, and relevant stakeholders crucial for achieving project objectives. • Define project scope, generate a work breakdown structure (WBS), and collect requirements. • Plan, develop schedules, estimate resources, and identify interdependencies and durations of project activities.

Estimate costs, determine budgets, and establish plans for communication and quality management. • Identify potential risks, conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, and devise mitigation strategies. • Determine procurements and align stakeholder expectations. • Establish Gantt charts, develop communication plans, and create staffing plans, including RACI matrices. • Direct the implementation and execution phases, managing communications, securing necessary procurements, and overseeing quality management, including KPIs, Success Criteria Alignment, RAIL, and RAID. • During the monitoring and controlling phase, initiate change control as needed, validating and controlling project scope, costs, and deliverable quality. Education and Experience: • 5+ years experience in Project Management position in a healthcare setting highly preferred • 2-3 years of people leadership experience preferred • PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma or additional project management certification is highly preferred; or eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months of employment • Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred • Experience working in a startup environment is desirable
