Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Operations team, specializing in healthcare based implementations. This role involves leading multiple projects for complex mid to large healthcare industry clients. Your expertise involves navigating complex healthcare environments, working with diverse stakeholders, and leveraging your extensive project management experience to achieve.

You will collaborate with stakeholders ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining adherence to project timelines. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing and approving Blockit's project charter, delineating roles, responsibilities, and relevant stakeholders crucial for achieving project objectives. • Define project scope, generate a work breakdown structure (WBS), and collect requirements. • Plan, develop schedules, estimate resources, and identify interdependencies and durations of project activities.

Estimate costs, determine budgets, and establish plans for communication and quality management. • Identify potential risks, conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, and devise mitigation strategies. • Determine procurements and align stakeholder expectations. • Establish Gantt charts, develop communication plans, and create staffing plans, including RACI matrices. • Direct the implementation and execution phases, managing communications, securing necessary procurements, and overseeing quality management, including KPIs, Success Criteria Alignment, RAIL, and RAID. • During the monitoring and controlling phase, initiate change control as needed, validating and controlling project scope, costs, and deliverable quality. Additionally, actively manage risk by identifying, communicating, and mitigating potential areas of concern. • Create and maintain the project charter, project schedule, and Jira epics and tickets, including FR, UAT, and GL. Manage project documentation and artifacts, and schedule and lead both internal and client meetings on a weekly basis.

Education and Experience: • 5+ years experience in Project Management position in a healthcare setting highly preferred • 2-3 years of people leadership experience preferred • PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma or additional project management certification is highly preferred; or eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months of employment • Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred • Experience working in a startup environment is desirable
