General Statement of Duties:

Under the supervision of the AICF Grant Director the Dual Enrollment/Transfer Coordinator will enhance enrollment strategies to improve retention and persistence for dual enrollment and transfer students. The coordinator will oversee academic planning and student support services to increase enrollment at Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs). In collaboration with the American Indian College Fund's research and evaluation associate, the coordinator will develop and implement an evaluation plan to improve student outcomes. They will also manage all transfer processes, ensuring smooth credit evaluations for incoming and outgoing students. Additionally, the coordinator will provide accurate admissions and transfer information to prospective, current, and returning students, and will work closely with faculty, staff, and external partners to achieve transfer goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Education or related field
• Preferred Bachelor's degree Business Management, Education or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with transfer students in higher education
• 2+ years of experience with transfer pathways, articulation agreements, or transfer student transcript evaluation
• Must have a valid driver's license
