Company Overview: At FunnelPros, we specialize in creating customized marketing and sales funnels for the home services industry. As we expand our capabilities, we are looking for a motivated Junior Automation Specialist who is eager to learn and grow within our innovative team.

Job Description: We are seeking a versatile Junior Automation Specialist to assist with daily operational tasks and to receive training on GHL (GoHighLevel) and Zapier to eventually help build and manage complex workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and would like to develop their technical and operational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Learn and become proficient in using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Zapier.
  • Assist in building and optimizing automation workflows under supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities.
  • Handle data entry and management tasks with precision.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
  • Client-facing calls when needed.
Requirements
  • It's not about what you currently know, it's about what you're willing to learn.
  • Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some experience with CRM tools and interest in marketing technology.
  • Prior experience in an assistant role or similar.
