Maintain a solid understanding of product development, testing, and new product launch processes. Perform primary and secondary market research, user experience testing, and other market-facing activities to validate ideas. Find early adopters for prototypes to test market viability. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and other key stakeholders to drive successful product launches into all customer channels. Portfolio and Product Life-Cycle Management

Execute the go-to-market strategy and identify vendors and partners required to accomplish strategic objectives and initiatives. Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, market research and VOC to support new product or service initiatives, marketing and promotional initiatives, existing product optimization and rationalization, and other portfolio management decisions. Manage the portfolio to achieve sales and profitability objectives while maximizing vitality, efficiency, and growth. Develop and manage pricing models that support product strategies and provide a sustainable competitive advantage. Work tactically with Sales team as needed to manage pricing and commercial decisions for assigned products. Contribute to continuous product planning and forecasting. Negotiate priorities and foster consensus among key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations and Finance.
