Our client is looking for

RPA Senior Architect

located in Metro Detroit

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with stakeholders to understand the business process and manage the project deliverables, data validation, and analysis.

Translate business requirements into specifications to implement technical solutions using RPA technology.

Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.

RPA Infrastructure and networking set up - Identify the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.

Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized in-scope processes planned under development sprints.

Maintain process and system documentation for the automation processes.

Build an SME Level understanding of the processes being automated and help design future enhancements.

Engage across a variety of stakeholders to deliver ongoing maintenance service and governance controls.

Manage RPA projects and ensure Agile delivery.

Conducting UATs and securing the signoffs for new requirements

Monthly reporting on SLAs metrics and escalations

Issues tracking through reports.

Maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders.

Impact assessment of a release to the testing requirements, release timelines, data requirements

Candidates may be required to develop simple flows in Microsoft Power Automate or other RPA tools.

Responsible for building collaborative and positive working relationships with stakeholders and identifying areas where RPA can help the business grow.

Develop a healthy, collaborative culture in line with the company values.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study

5-10 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate (or another equivalent RPA tool such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

5+ years of coding experience in languages like C# or Java and UI development

Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks

Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

Excellent analytical and technical skills

Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
