We are looking to hire a part-time Spa Receptionist who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. At FFC high-quality customer service is a must You will provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while staying true to FFC's core values. You'll also join a compassionate and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and creating value by helping others.

Required Shifts:
Wednesdays, 4 PM - 9 PM

Sundays, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet members by name and with a smile
  • Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and workers
  • Maintain cleanliness of the spa's front desk, shop, recovery and tanning areas (if applicable)
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly in a professional manner
  • Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings
  • Book appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable service(s)
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift
  • Connect with clients via phone for reminder and confirmation calls
  • Serve as an expert on Recovery Lounge products and services
  • Educating clients on the Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions
  • Respond to members' questions and concerns as needed
  • Provide additional support tothe other departments as needed
