SUMMARY:The HRIS Analyst is a highly collaborative role where you will work with HR and other business segments to meet their HR Systems needs and be responsible for the administration and reporting of all HR systems. This includes systems support for Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning Management, and all other HR-related programs. This role will also be responsible for managing streamlined HR Operations including core HR processes, transactional efficiencies, and continuous process improvement.

IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Act as the SME for HR systems, reporting, data integrity, and process efficiency.
  • Serve as first point of contact for issues raised by the HR team and employees to ensure smooth operations, and provide problem resolution through trouble shooting and/or addressing with next level support.
  • Serve as system administrator and subject matter expert for HR software solutions, including custom configuration, troubleshooting, systems testing, periodic systems upgrades, oversight of partnership with HR systems third party providers, etc.
  • Partner with the CHRO to drive HR Systems and Operations Strategy through design, implementation and administration of HRIS systems and core HR processes.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits teams to drive efficiency, improve systems, reporting, auditing, learning, workflows, etc. These functions include design, configurations, implementations, process flow, collection, maintenance, reporting, audit, and communication.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance, and other functional areas as needed to properly assess technological impacts to HR systems and processes.
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions to HRIS issues and processes gaps.
  • Timely delivery of HRIS projects and initiatives, including UKG HRIS configuration and support.
  • Provide project management support and communications for HR projects as well as anticipate and raise risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Identify process improvements and optimize the functionality of our HR systems and core operational processes.
  • Proactively anticipate the business and department needs using trends/analytics to drive key decisions.
  • Provide training and education of change management of the HR system and HR process best practices to system users.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing, analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.
  • Responsible for entry of employee data into HRIS system as needed.
  • Create and maintain organizational-level security roles to ensure effective, but controlled access to HRIS system functionality for all users.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business/HR discipline preferred.
  • 2+ years of HRIS administration and configuration experience as a key user, application owner, and subject matter expert, required. Experience with UKG HRIS highly preferred.
  • Experience leading systems implementations.
  • Advanced understanding of HR processes, process flow, data, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting IT solutions within the HR domain.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, reporting and presenting data.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and analytical methods.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, manage multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and use discretion.
