WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CALL SPECIALIST

To excel as a Call Specialist at FirstLink, there are a few key skills and qualifications that will set you up for success. First and foremost, strong communication skills are a must. You'll be speaking with individuals in various emotional states, so being able to effectively listen, empathize, and provide assistance is crucial.

Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. You'll encounter a variety of situations and scenarios, so being able to think quickly on your feet and find appropriate solutions is important. While prior call center experience is a plus, it is not required.

We value individuals who are compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about helping others. As for software and tools, we'll provide you with the necessary training to use our call management system and other tools specific to the role. All we ask is that you have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technology.
