We are seeking the addition of a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to join their team in Greenville, SC area.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts.
•Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
•Program and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
•Select and install appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements.
•Monitor tool wear and make necessary adjustments or replacements.
•Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
•Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
•Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired results.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may affect the quality of the machined parts.
•Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tool changes, and production runs.
•Generate reports on machine performance, production output, and quality control.
•Communicate any issues or concerns with the production supervisor or team lead.
•Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating CNC machines.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
•Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
