Primary Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential. Customer Focus: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
