Job Purpose

As an Intern with McDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions you will support the Marketing Department with general marketing operations and organizational tasks. In addition, you will work on various projects and initiatives that could impact the Business globally.

Specific Intern Duties & Responsibilities
  • Discovery Phase: Conduct a thorough investigation to identify and locate all potential assets across the organization globally, including those not previously documented.
  • Inventory Creation: Develop a detailed inventory of all assets, including but not limited to technical documentation, literature, illustrations, and other resources.
  • Condition Assessment: Evaluate the appearance, functionality, and relevance of assets. Assess their existing branding and determine if updates are to be made.
  • Rebranding: Update documents to reflect latest branding guidelines. Ensure that all assets adhere to relevant legal requirements (trademark registrations, copyright dates) and nomenclature adjustments.
  • Documentation Filing: File completed documents in relevant locations using established naming system.
  • Incorporate Assests in Showpad for CX: Identify marketing assets by Line of Business and configure within Showpad platform for use by commercial team.
