The business covers Custody, Funds Services and Direct Custody products, providing services to a variety of institutional clients, both with global and regional importance to the firms' franchise.The successful candidate will support the Client Executive (CE) & Account Manager (AM) to ensure Client is delivering excellence to our Institutional Custody Client baseKey responsibilities:•Monitor aged receivables & investigate issues associated with billing inquiries to support resolution and closing out open aging unpaid invoices.•Coordination of meeting materials logistics for Due Diligence Reviews/Visit•Coordination and lodgment of client documents, such as Authorized Signature & Call Back Lists•Coordination of SWIFT message set-up & maintenance•Coordinate the account opening & closing process with internal process owners•Management, coordination & completion of Client Velocity & Direct BE entitlements171110Please see our complete list of jobs at:www.rmscorp.com
