Reporting to EBU OV & OC PMO Manager, you as a Project Manager (PMO) will be responsible for About the job: Develop, execute, monitor, control and update the project plan, deliverables, project milestones, schedule, work breakdown structure, and action item register in order to achieve the set project goals and be able to fulfill the requirements and expectations of our internal and external customers. (30%) Proactively lead and maintain consistent communication with the cross-functional team members, manage good working relationship with stakeholders, drive collaboration, and coordinate or delegate the project deliverable appropriately to meet all the specified milestones and drive the product launch on-time. (30%) Support the execution of Design Verification, Product/Process Validation and Production Trial Run s sample builds and tests to ensure that the project plan for these critical activities are implemented and for the projects mass production readiness. To hold meetings or discussions with needed resources and expected to follow-up as well for the timely completion of action items. (20%) Drive the early involvement of the Operations Team on our projects. (10%) Ensure the smooth transition of new product development projects into the mass production or large-scale volume production. Periodically communicate and update the project progress with cross-functional team members and stakeholders for alignment and common reference about the project schedule and on-track milestones are on track. (10%) About you: Minimum of 5 years project management experience. Education: Bachelor or University degree or Above in Science or Engineering; having a PMP certification is a plus Strong communication skills. Fluent in English (written and verbal) Knowledge in Microsoft Project or other related project planning application is a plus Familiarity with Manufacturing Process, Product Development and its cost Strong communication and organizational skills ability to work remotely and across cultures or different time zones. Ability to work with minimal direction. Ability to interface with all levels of team members, even with suppliers and organization of our customers. Ability to manage conflict and problem resolution.
