Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a

Customer Relations Associate

to join our team

Service Warranty/Customer Pay transaction follow up phone calls.Missed service appointment follow up calls.Customer liaison for complaints from service issues.New Vehicle and CPO Cadillac Sold follow up phone calls.
