We at Rebound Home and Community Therapy are seeking BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS in the Milford/New Hudson area to support our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. We are excited to be serving consumers across Michigan with behavioral health challenges, autism spectrum disorder needs, and other associated neurological/behavioral deficits.Rebound Home and Community therapy, an AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc company, has a successful 20-year history of generating start-up programming around the needs of clients and families we serve. We are passionate about attracting professionals that DEMAND BETTER to promote and support optimal programs focused on the people, process, and product/service. Behavioral Technician Responsibilities include: Assisting in restructuring environments and activities to support the clients' behaviors Teaching skills that allow the individual to communicate and/or function more effectively Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for clients in order to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately. The implementation of behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors Data collection and display as authorized by a recipient's behavior analysis service plan Communicate openly with behavior analysts and regional coordinator Complete daily progress notes related to implementation of the intervention plan We are passionate about seeking to understand our client's behavior to meet their needs while we DEMAND BETTER of ourselves. Come apply and work with us and help us shape the future of ABA.Productivity Bonus/Shift DifferentialsAt Rebound, after 90 days without incident staff will earn a $1.00/hour raise from the hourly rate he/she/they were hired in at. This will be a staff members' new base rate. Following this, a new base rate will also be identified after said staff member obtains an RBT certification. This will also be an additional dollar per hour. Meaning, with additional merit and education, staff have an opportunity to earn an extra $2.00 more per hour with time served and certification. In additional to these staff financial incentives, we will be implementing weekly bonus opportunities based on productivity and session time(s) worked.Rebound Home and Community Therapy expects all field staff (BT/RBT) to be at least 80% productive while working in one of our ABA Centers. Meaning, billable time divided by paid time is at least 80%.For staff who meet the following criteria the below will be added to their base rate, per hour, weekly.1. 80-85% Productive: Base Pay Rate + $0.50/hour2. 85-90% Productive: Base Pay Rate + $0.75/hour3. 90%+ Productive: Base Pay Rate + $1.25/hourRebound Home and Community Therapy expects all field staff (BT/RBT) to be at least 75% productive while performing ABA services in client's home and in the community. Meaning, billable time divided by paid time is at least 75%.For staff who meet the following criteria the below will be added to their base rate, per hour, weekly.1. 75-80% Productive: Base Pay Rate + $0.50/hour2. 80-85% Productive: Base Pay Rate + $0.75/hour3. 85%+ Productive: Base Pay Rate + $1.25/hourFor client's who's scheduled therapy sessions go 6:00 PM or later, the following will apply. Sessions that end before 6:00 PM do not qualify:1. 3 Evening Sessions (Consistent): Base Pay Rate + $0.50/hour2. 4 Evening Sessions (Consistent): Base Pay Rate + $0.75/hour3. 5 Evening Sessions (Consistent): Base Pay Rate + $1.25/hourIf you are wanting more from your ABA therapy employer and are looking to advance your career or have a voice in your team's programming, we want to connect with youRequirementsHigh School Diploma Required,Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
