Quality Inspection Supervisor Location: Sauk Rapids, MN In this leadership role, youll oversee inspection and testing operations, support engineering changes, and collaborate with cross?functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. What Youll Do: Lead inspection activities and internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards Monitor and report on quality KPIs Partner with Manufacturing and R&D to develop testing systems for new products Supervise and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians Review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and address audit non?conformities Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Provide technical support to suppliers and coordinate with Quality Engineers What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Quality Inspection Supervisor Strong understanding of ISO standards and inspection/testing techniques Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with PC?DMIS and QC CALC preferred ASQ Certification (CQE, CQA, CQM) is a plus Education: Education requirements are not specified.
