GC Retail Seasonal Sales Associate Store 431 Guitar Center is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to serve as the face of the store, greeting customers, qualifying needs, matching products, and closing sales. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience and meeting sales targets. POSITION OVERVIEW As a seasonal associate, you will greet customers, qualify their needs, recommend products, pitch solutions, and close the sale, while maintaining a ready and welcoming store environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reach sales targets on services. Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers. Assist customers and guide them through the sales process. Continuously learn through onboarding, certification, and continuing education. Execute all tasks to keep the store ready for business. Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays. Build relationships with customers for future service needs. Complete additional duties as assigned. CORE REQUIREMENTS Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong orientation toward providing excellent customer service. High attention to detail. PREFERENCES Intermediate knowledge of musical instruments sold at Guitar Center (guitars, drums, tech).
