The Retail Account Specialist is the heartbeat of our strategic sales execution. Key Position Results

- Help facilitate the commercialization of brands within assigned channel(s)
- Quick & accurate response time to customer requests
- Effective internal & external communications
- Timely customer project execution
- Help execute strategic and tactical goals created by Brand Teams, National Account Managers (NAM) and customer
- Work with Sales Activation Specialists to develop customer presentations and assist in activating joint business plans
- Analyze POS data and reporting to identify opportunities within the business
- Maintaining key tools (Price Lists, contracts, merchandising calendars, meetings, etc)
- Deductions and fine management
- Coordinate broker communication and business planning meetings
- Travel to see customers as needed for customer meetings, industry shows & additional customer facing support as requested
- Coordinate industry & customer trade show deals with NAM's
- Support NAM and cross functional teams with ad hoc data requests. Complete special projects as needed by customer contacts/merchants
- Work with respective teams to develop Channel Planning strategy and monthly sales reviews, etc
- Prepare data for monthly demand planning reviews
- Assist with new item launch execution
- Other duties & special projects as assigned
- Analyzing data and turning into actionable insights
- Customer-centric focus, with an ability to build relationships and understand their goals, challenges and needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Participation in various WI training courses
- Travel - less than 10%
