Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Help execute strategic and tactical goals created by Brand Teams, National Account Managers (NAM) and customer
  • Work with Sales Activation Specialists to develop customer presentations and assist in activating joint business plans
  • Analyze POS data and reporting to identify opportunities within the business
  • Maintaining key tools (Price Lists, contracts, merchandising calendars, meetings, etc)
  • Deductions and fine management
  • Coordinate broker communication and business planning meetings
  • Travel to see customers as needed for customer meetings, industry shows & additional customer facing support as requested
  • Coordinate industry & customer trade show deals with NAM's
  • Support NAM and cross functional teams with ad hoc data requests. Complete special projects as needed by customer contacts/merchants
  • Work with respective teams to develop Channel Planning strategy and monthly sales reviews, etc
  • Prepare data for monthly demand planning reviews
  • Assist with new item launch execution
  • Other duties & special projects as assigned

Education / Training Required
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Participation in various WI training courses
  • Travel - less than 10%
