Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation and Controls Engineer who possesses a strong background in designing, programming, and implementing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems integration, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions tailored to meet client requirements. Lead the integration of control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and other automation technologies to optimize operational efficiency and productivity. Develop detailed specifications, functional requirements, and technical documentation for automation projects. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during system installation, commissioning, and post-deployment phases. Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in automation technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Minimum of X years of experience in automation and controls engineering, with a focus on systems integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and/or C/C++. Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP), and motion control systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
