This position will allow you to work in a multidisciplinary environment on a diverse set of large civil land development projects for internal and external clients. Lead Site Civil Engineer Requirements:

10+ years of site civil land development experience in the Nashville area

Bachelor's or greater in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer's license (PE) for the state of Tennessee

Able to conduct strategic planning, business development and office growth

Experience on a variety of projects including multi-family, subdivisions, schools, industrial parks and hospitals

Extensive industry knowledge of standards and client development
