EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma; Associate degree a plus
  • Minimum of one to two years of office experience

  • Ability to work on many different projects at once
  • Great communications skills with both internal and external customers
  • Work well under deadlines
  • Ability to work with little or no direction
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Quote reconciliation
  • Strong phone skills
  • Excellent File Management
Responsibilities:
  • Tracking project materials
  • Generating weekly project reports with up-to-date delivery status
  • Verifying all orders purchased receiving status
  • Identify late materials, when received are expedited to its respective locations
  • Maintain metrics/reports
  • Verify Bills of Materials to parts received
  • Scan documents/drawings
