Job Title: Manual Tester

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced manual testers to join our team at our Mechanicsburg, PA, location. As a manual tester, you will be responsible for conducting software system testing, writing test cases, and executing them to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system testing to identify and resolve software defects
  • Write test cases based on system requirements
  • Experience with Integrated Eligibility
  • Execute test cases and report findings
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software system testing
  • Strong proficiency in writing test cases and executing them
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience with Software Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA and JAMA for test management
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience working in Agile development environments
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
