Capstone IT is partnering with a Financial Institution to fill a ServiceNow Admin/Developer contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and improve productivity.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the ServiceNow platform. Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including configuring and managing the Service Catalog, creating workflows, developing reports, dashboards, and homepages. Develop, design, and roll out new applications modules, workflows, and catalog requests. Collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that automate and enhance business processes. Ensure the stability and high availability of ServiceNow through regular maintenance, upgrades, and management of support scripts. Implement security best practices and manage user roles and access. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues and provide end-user support and training as required. Document all technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base.

Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer, with a solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices and latest features. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks. Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and/or CSM modules within ServiceNow. Experience with integrating third-party applications into ServiceNow. Experience with integration hub, flow designer, change management, and discovery schedules. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
