Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our packaging machinery. This hands-on technical role offers the opportunity to work with advanced packaging equipment, enhancing your technical expertise while ensuring safe, efficient pharmaceutical production. Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and adjustments on packaging machinery. Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills. Maintain accurate equipment history and maintenance documentation. Uphold safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Support smooth changeovers by setting up and adjusting packaging machinery for new product runs. Perform line clearances and prepare production lines for startup. Conduct equipment tests to verify performance and product quality. Support spare parts inventory management. Work with procurement to order parts and supplies as needed. Essential Skills: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with cGMP and safety principles. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Professional Certificates/Associates Degree preferred but not required. Technical skills gained through education or hands-on experience. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, TN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
