Key Responsibilities of the VP Finance :
Work closely with the sales team to support the largest customer accounts
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead the finance team, ensuring robust financial management and reporting.
Drive financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Oversee reporting of financial results to private equity ownership
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other executives to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sustainable growth.
Implement systems and processes to improve financial efficiency and transparency.
Provide insights and recommendations to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Qualifications for VP of Finance :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
Demonstrated experience in scaling high-growth companies owned by a private equity firm.
Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
