Join our team, a leading manufacturer based in Agawam, MA. This is a fully in-office, permanent position created due to an internal promotion. Our company generates $85M in revenue, employs 187 people, and is private equity-backed. The Agawam site, one of our larger locations, includes two buildings: Corporate and Assembly. We have 21 locations in total. We are looking for a candidate to handle various accounting responsibilities, including bi-weekly cash reconciliation, month-end entries, expense accruals, depreciation/amortization, processing 700-800 invoices per month, and managing 8-10 reconciliations. You will also manage 1-2 intercompany accounts and contribute to financial reporting through month-end analytical presentations. Our goal is to double in size over the next five years, and we offer exposure to our Executive leadership team and education reimbursement. Salary is $55-67k with a 5% bonus based on company and individual performance. Must have a degree in Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing experience, and 3+ years of accounting experience.
