Position: Receptionist Location: IBS Copiers & IT Solutions Role Overview:
  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and make them feel welcome.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department, individual or create a service call ticket for repair.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
