Sullivan Tire, a leading tire and automotive service company, has been family operated for more than 67 years with over 1,200 employees and currently has an opportunity to be a Sales & Service Writer. The Sales and Service Writer will be a customer service focused individual.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.

• Foster a positive and friendly environment

• Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience in a retail environmentStrong telephone skillsUnderstanding the tire and auto service industry is a plusDependable TransportationA proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plusBenefits:
