Base pay range $74.00/hr - $80.00/hr We are seeking a highly skilled professional with advanced knowledge of Autodesk Fusion to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and evaluate information technology systems, identify user needs, and recommend improvements. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work directly with customers. Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced-level knowledge of Autodesk Fusion. Work with CAM tools and workflows (experience is a plus). Analyze and evaluate IT systems operations to identify areas for enhancement. Determine user needs and requirements; recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency. Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Communicate directly with customers via email, phone, and chat. Follow proper documentation workflows and processes in the case management system. Work under immediate supervision and report to a project leader or manager. Requirements 2-5 years of industry experience. Experience with Fusion. Experience with CAM workflows (Example: Fusion 360 CAM, PowerMill, FeatureCAM, HSM, PartMarker, Mastercam). Experience with CNC Programming, Machining, or Machine Setup. Experience with FEA/CAE tools (Optional). Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. (Additional language skills are a plus.) High?level proficiency with Autodesk Fusion, strong customer soft skills, good team collaboration mindset (3 must haves).
