Additional $250 given at 90 days of employmentEmployee referral bonusPaid Time Off, Sick Days, and Personal TimeProfessional development opportunities to grow your knowledge and skillsEmployee recognition and appreciation activitiesAbout The JobPerforms all necessary functions related to installing and removing die cast and trim dies & miscellaneous equipment.Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, Fridays and weekends as neededStarting Pay: Based on experienceLocation: 1800 Albertson Road, High Point, NC ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSRemove die cast and trim dies.Set up die cast and trim dies.Able to set up die cast dies per process book instructions.Able to properly complete paperwork as required for the job.Assist and train die cast operators as needed.Capable of removing stuck parts from dies as needed.Able to set up spray per process book.Able to set up robot.Able to get 1st piece to have ready for production.Check the nitrogen precharge levels & make adjustments.Assist with layered process and manufacturing audits. Such other duties as are assigned from time-to-timeQualificationsEXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED OR PREFERREDKnowledge of basic math, reading, and writing.Knowledge of proper use of the measuring equipment.Must be a Level 2 Die Cast OperatorKnowledge of proper setup of die cast equipment. High School Diploma preferred.JOB EXPECTATIONSBe at work on time with a desire of performing to the best of your ability.Communicate problem areas with process technicians and supervisors.Knowledge of the quality requirements for each process.
