This is a remote role, open to candidates, based in the US and India.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and technical requirements.
Design comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
Develop detailed architecture plans, including system specifications, integration strategies, and deployment recommendations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution development lifecycle.
Stay on top of emerging technologies and recommend their integration into existing systems or future projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and meticulously assess risks associated with proposed solutions.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities, including crafting solution presentations and proposals.
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on various technology platforms and solutions.
Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology architecture, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Collaborate and contribute to strategic global initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
7 years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within the IT services or BPO industry. This includes a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the technology industry and 3 years of experience leading a technical support team or line of business.
Strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Expertise in software development methodologies and programming languages.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Top-notch analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with diverse infrastructure platforms, while also excelling in project organization and prioritization.
A keen interest in new and developing technologies.
Willingness to foster close collaboration with various business units.
